The Mile High Mavin Tugboats are headed back to the PIHA Finals after surviving a three-game grind against the Lambs Grove Leaf Ray in the PIHA Minor Rocky Mountain Division Final.
The series had everything—two overtime thrillers to open, then a decisive closeout. Lambs Grove grabbed Game 1 in OT, but the Tugboats answered with an OT win of their own in Game 2 before finishing the job in Game 3 with a convincing 4–1 victory to take the series 2–1 and secure the final berth in the eight-team Minor championship weekend.

After two straight OT battles, Mile High removed all doubt in Game 3. The Tugboats tightened up defensively, created separation offensively, and controlled the deciding game to a 4–1 win—claiming the Rocky Mountain crown and the ticket to the Finals.
