Southeast Season Inaugural Event

The season will take flight for the Southeast division on Saturday, in both the Semi-Pro and Minor divisions.  Volunteer Park in Hendersonville, TN will host the event in their unique outdoor venue.  Months of preparation from the division leadership is finally on the horizon and anticipation is growing for the many new PIHA players.

The event was not without it's road blocks.  Last weekend's region shocking Hurricane Helene, shutdown one team's plans to participate in this event.  The league rewrote the season schedule to accommodate the need to write the Asheville Aces out of this weekend's schedule.  This left both the Semi-Pro and Minor division, each with four teams participating.  

A new schedule was released on Thursday and this weekend's event is set to begin at 4:40pm on Saturday.  Beginning at 8:40, both rinks will be used, as will both on Sunday when games begin at 9pm.  All teams are set to play 6 games over the two days.  These games can be viewed live on Livebarn streaming service.
