PIHA Announces 2025–26 Rocky Mountain Schedules for Pro, Semi-Pro, and Minor Divisions

The Professional Inline Hockey Association (PIHA) has officially unveiled the complete 2025–26 Rocky Mountain schedules for the Pro, Semi-Pro, and Minor divisions — marking another milestone in the league’s 25th Anniversary Season. The release highlights a packed calendar of competition across Colorado, with marquee matchups, cross-regional rivalries, and national programs traveling in to test their skills against the best of the Rockies.

A Three-Division Launch Across the Rockies

The 2025–26 season will run from October 17, 2025, through February 22, 2026, and includes over a hundred games across Pepsi Roller Sports Arena (Colorado Springs), Parker Field House, and Foothills Field House (Lakewood). Each division — Pro, Semi-Pro, and Minor — features a full slate of home-and-away series showcasing the depth and growth of the Rocky Mountain hockey community.

PIHA officials emphasized that this year’s western schedule represents one of the league’s most ambitious regional slates ever, pairing local programs with visiting national powers from Florida, Arizona, and Iowa.

Out-of-Region Powerhouses Join the Mix

Adding to the excitement is the participation of several traveling programs making appearances throughout the season:

  • Naples Labeda Kaos (Pro & Semi-Pro): The two-time defending PIHA champions travel from Florida to compete in both top divisions, bringing their trademark skill and speed to Colorado.

  • Arizona Konixx Outcast (Pro): The perennial western powerhouse makes its return to PIHA play, renewing its rivalry with the Rocky Mountain core.

  • Phoenix Fleas (Pro) / Phoenix Jackals (Semi-Pro & Minor): The Arizona-based organization fields teams across all three levels, reinforcing its commitment to inline player development.

  • Lambs Grove Leaf Ray (Minor): Traveling from Iowa, the Leaf Ray add an exciting new element to the developmental circuit.

Their inclusion reflects the league’s continued national expansion and cross-regional collaboration, bridging the gap between PIHA’s East, Southeast, and Rocky Mountain divisions.

Pro Division: Elite Competition Across the Region

The Pro Division schedule opens on Friday, October 17, 2025, as the Colorado Springs Thunder host the Denver Demon Dogs for a two-game opening night at Pepsi Roller Sports Arena — a fitting start for the league’s original western hub.

Fans can expect no shortage of high-stakes action this season, with standout matchups including:

  • November 21–23: The Arizona Konixx Outcast travel to Colorado for their first full weekend of play, facing the Thunder, Parker Royals, and Demon Dogs.

  • December 5–7: A national showcase event in Colorado Springs featuring Naples Labeda Kaos, Phoenix Fleas, and the full Rocky Mountain lineup — one of the biggest Pro weekends of the year.

  • January 23–25: A crossover mega-weekend featuring Kaos, Outcast, Fleas, Royals, Fire, Thunder, and Demon Dogs, spread between Pepsi Arena and Foothills Field House.

  • February 22: The regular season wraps with key playoff-positioning battles between Parker Royals, Lakewood Fire, and Colorado Springs Thunder.

The returning cast of western Pro programs — including Lakewood Fire, Parker Royals, Denver Demon Dogs, and Colorado Springs Thunder — ensures a highly competitive field that blends skill, physicality, and long-standing rivalries.

Semi-Pro Division: Depth, Parity, and Passion

The Semi-Pro Division opens alongside the Pro schedule on October 17, featuring eight strong Colorado-based organizations and a pair of high-profile guests — the Arizona Jackals and Naples Kaos Semi-Pro team.

From the Black Forest Thunder and Front Range Thunder to the Littleton Fire, Arvada Fire, Colorado Stallions, and Denver Dragonfly, this division features perhaps the most balanced and unpredictable lineup in PIHA.

Highlights include:

  • December 5–7: Arizona Jackals make their first league appearance, facing off against multiple Colorado squads in a full weekend showcase.

  • January 23–25: Naples Kaos arrive for a major cross-divisional event, facing off with the Blizzard, Stallions, and Thunder.

  • February 22: Season concludes at Parker Field House with a four-team showdown likely to determine playoff seeding.

The Semi-Pro tier remains the beating heart of PIHA’s development model — mixing veteran leadership with emerging talent on the rise to the professional level.

Minor Division: Building the Future of the Rockies

The PIHA Minor Division embodies the league’s long-term commitment to youth and adult development, providing a structured competitive platform for up-and-coming talent.

Returning programs such as the Monument Thunder, Manitou Vikings, Denver Stallions, Pikes Peak Thunder, and Falcon Vikings will anchor the division, joined by national participants Phoenix Jackals (AZ) and Lambs Grove Leaf Ray (IA).

The Minor schedule opens October 17 and runs through February 22, highlighted by:

  • November 21–23: The debut of the Leaf Ray, competing against Colorado’s local core at Pepsi Arena.

  • December 6–7: A showcase featuring the Phoenix Jackals, who will play six games over three days across multiple rinks.

  • January 24–25: A loaded weekend in Colorado Springs with inter-divisional matchups among all seven active Minor teams.

With its mix of established clubs and national guests, the division offers the strongest developmental platform yet in the Rocky Mountain system.
