Kaos Blitz Pro Final, Take 2–0 Series Lead on Inferno After 15-Goal Opening Night

The Naples Labeda Kaos have come out of the gates like a team on a mission.

Through the first two games of the PIHA Pro best-of-seven Founders Cup Final, Naples has delivered back-to-back offensive explosions—routing the Pittsburgh Inferno 7–0 in Game 1 and following it up with an 8–3 win in Game 2 to seize a commanding 2–0 series lead.

With Games 3 and 4 set for Saturday evening, the math is simple: Naples is now two wins away from hoisting the Founders Cup.

Game 1: Kaos 7, Inferno 0 — A Statement Shutout

Game 1 was as lopsided as a championship opener can get. Naples controlled the pace, owned the puck, and turned chances into goals early and often—while keeping Pittsburgh completely off the board.

A 7–0 shutout in the first game of a Finals series doesn’t just put you up 1–0; it can tilt belief, momentum, and matchups. From the opening faceoff, the Kaos looked faster in transition, cleaner in the offensive zone, and far more difficult to play through in all three zones.

Game 2: Kaos 8, Inferno 3 — Pittsburgh Answers, Naples Responds Harder

To Pittsburgh’s credit, the Inferno found offense in Game 2 and showed more push—but every time the game hinted at becoming a battle, Naples hit another gear.

The Kaos hung eight more goals on the board, turning Game 2 into another runaway and pushing the series lead to 2–0. Two games in, Naples has scored 15 goals and conceded just three, forcing Pittsburgh to search for answers quickly as the series shifts deeper into the weekend.

What’s Next: Games 3 & 4 Saturday Night

The series resumes Saturday evening with Games 3 and 4, and the stakes have escalated sharply:

  • Naples can put the Founders Cup within immediate reach with another win.
  • Pittsburgh must stabilize defensively and find a way to slow Naples’ attack—or risk the series slipping away before Sunday.

Naples has done the hard part: they’ve taken control of the Final. Now comes the hardest part—finishing it.
